In traditional methods, manual cleaning is often used. The workers' workload is heavy, time-consuming, and labor-intensive, with low cleaning efficiency, incomplete cleaning, severely affecting the cleaning quality of the tonne-level drum and subsequent reuse; volatile liquid solvents pose a threat to workers' personal safety, causing air pollution in the cleaning area.

　　According to the current situation, the tonne drum cleaning line adopts a semi-automatic mode, using high-pressure water jet technology forChemical drumcleaning operations. The entire cleaning line is laid out in one layout, with forklifts placing square drums into the upper drum storage area for cleaning → transferring to the upper drum workstation → residue recovery and dilution → external cleaning → cleaning the residues inside the drum → removing residues → rinsing → rinsing → rinsing → rinsing → draining → offline disinfection → transferring to the lower drum storage area.
