1. One-ton square drums use a frame and steel-plastic pallet made of patented special-shaped steel pipes. The structural design is reasonable, allowing for easy forklift loading and unloading, and can withstand heavy loads and accidental drops.
2. The inner tank uses low-pressure ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin, which has high environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR).
3. Different valves and interfaces can be selected for the container according to the requirements of the contents, making drainage convenient and reliable, with minimal residual liquid, easy cleaning, and more environmentally friendly.
4. The container filling port can be equipped with a cover with a high-efficiency venting device to avoid overpressure caused by the decomposition or evaporation of the liquid medium during transportation, ensuring safety.
5. The entire container is a modular design. Damaged parts can be replaced, and it has strong compatibility with similar products, extending the service life of the container, reducing the cost of use, and meeting the needs of multiple filling and transportation.
6. The wall thickness distribution is uniform. The equipment is equipped with 128-point axial wall thickness control devices and 128-point radial wall thickness control devices to ensure uniform barrel wall thickness and improve product strength.
7. According to the requirements of the contents, the correct sealing ring is selected for one-ton square drums: ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, fluororubber, and ethylene-propylene terpolymer rubber sealing materials, etc.
