Product Overview
Tote bins are commonly referred to as: plastic tote bins, container bins, ton packaging tote bins, kiloliter bins, IBC tote bins, ton bins, IBC bins.
Internationally known as IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container). Made from ultra-high-density polyethylene resin, it is formed by one-time blow molding. The outer casing is a square welded mesh of galvanized steel pipes, and the base uses a four-way entry European standard all-steel pallet, ensuring stable placement. The bottom is equipped with a discharge valve for easy removal of the liquid contained within the container. The top is fitted with a precision breather valve suitable for products that generate gas during storage or transportation. Product Features
1. The ton tote bin is made of a patented specially-shaped cross-section steel pipe frame and a steel-plastic pallet, with a reasonable structural design that facilitates the use of forklifts for loading and unloading, capable of withstanding heavy loads and accidental drops.
2. The inner liner is made of low-pressure ultra-high-density polyethylene special resin, which has high environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) performance.
3. The container can be equipped with different valves and interfaces according to the requirements of the contents, allowing for convenient and reliable liquid discharge, minimal residual liquid, easy cleaning, and more environmentally friendly.
4. The container's loading port can be equipped with a high-efficiency exhaust device cover to prevent overpressure conditions caused by the decomposition or evaporation of the liquid medium during transportation, ensuring safety.
5. The entire container is designed in a modular way, allowing for the replacement of accidentally damaged parts, with strong compatibility with similar products, extending the container's service life, reducing usage costs, and meeting the needs for multiple filling and storage transportation.
6. The wall thickness is evenly distributed, and the equipment is equipped with 128-point axial wall thickness control devices and 128-point radial wall thickness control devices, ensuring uniform thickness of the barrel wall and improving product strength.
7. The ton-sized square barrel selects the correct sealing ring according to the requirements of the contents: sealing materials such as ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, fluororubber, and ethylene-propylene-diene rubber.
