How to deal with waste packaging barrels?

The disposal of waste packaging barrels mainly includes the following steps:

(1) Shredding: Use a shredding device to shred waste paint buckets into strip-shaped metal pieces;

(2) Magnetic separation: Use a magnetic separation device on the crushing device to separate paint residue and strip-shaped metal pieces;

(3) Crushing: Use a crushing device to process strip-shaped metal pieces into sheet-shaped metal fragments;

(4) Magnetic separation: Use a secondary magnetic separation device on the drum cleaning device to separate paint residue and sheet-shaped metal pieces;

(5) Drum cleaning: Use low-molecular organic solvents for cleaning in the drum cleaning device. The low-molecular organic solvent enters the drum cleaning device through pumping. During the cleaning process, the drum cleaning device is sealed, and the paint residue on the iron pieces is stripped and dissolved through the organic solvent and high-speed rotation inside the equipment. Each cleaning lasts 20-40 minutes, and the low-molecular organic solvent is recycled and replaced once a day. This process generates a certain amount of organic solvent waste liquid, paint residue, and organic waste gas;

(6) Water washing twice: Soak the sheet-shaped metal pieces in water to remove a small amount of organic solvent attached to the sheet-shaped metal pieces;

(7) Drying: Dry the sheet-shaped metal pieces to obtain processed metal.
