  Unpolished stainless steel plates have a rough surface and visible welding marks when entering the processing stage. Polishing is required to achieve a smooth surface. After the manufacturing of the stainless steel chemical tank is completed, the top and bottom heads, base, and brackets need to be assembled and welded to ensure that the concavity, verticality, and horizontality of the openings at the top and bottom of the tank meet the welding requirements.

  The stirring device of the stainless steel chemical drum is generally installed on the top head, with the base welded at the opening of the top head. The stirring device is fixed to the base with a flange, and the chemical drum jacket is pressurized with a compressor for pressure testing. After all configurations are welded and formed, each detail of the chemical drum is finely polished to make the tank surface shiny, achieving a mirror effect. Then, the entire stainless steel tank is pressurized with an air compressor, and water medium is injected into the jacket for electric heating debugging. After debugging is completed, the quality inspector will conduct internal and external inspections of the stainless steel tank. For qualified equipment, rinse with clean water to remove surface dust and impurities, and wrap the stainless steel tank with a fiber cloth to prevent equipment from being bumped.

  Method 1: Stick a piece of stainless steel sheet at the leak point. First, roughen and clean the leak area, keeping the glue dry. Then apply JL-109AB stainless steel adhesive to the leak or bond it to the stainless steel. After placing at room temperature for 3-5 minutes, it will reach significant strength within 24 hours. After complete curing, strong adhesion can be achieved through cold welding. It must be applied evenly. This method is suitable for repairing larger cracks and has a certain impact on appearance.

  Method 2: This is to repair the leaks in the stainless steel chemical drum. A fluid stainless steel adhesive can be used to seep into the gaps, achieving a filling effect after curing, making it easier for the glue to overflow.

  Method 3: Use JL-112 steel repair agent to repair leaks in the chemical drum. After sticking, mix evenly in proportion, and then press the glue into the gaps. After curing, it can achieve cold welding strength and can be reprocessed. This method is effective for repairing issues such as cracks, sand holes, and wear in stainless steel.

  Method 4: The solution for repairing leaks in stainless steel chemical drums can also be directly repaired with argon arc welding, followed by grinding.
